It is completely private and confidential. The only people that know would be our immediate families, but they will only know the address and not the name, for our safety. We will never charge for ANYTHING! Reason being, if you pay me to find something, I will find it. There is a possibility that the atmosphere could change after we come in, but you can never be certain. We could try to help it crossover, but that too, is never a given. We have equipment that we would be using to detect the spirit, and to try and find out who/what it is. There is always a possibility that something else could enter, but highly unlikely. We are never aggressive and we treat the spirits we encounter with complete respect, as well as the property.
We may get in there and absolutely nothing happens..... we may get in there and everything happens...... There is no way to tell what would happen.
The first thing I would need to do is have myself and 1 or 2 other team members accompany me to the house for interviews of anyone that has had an encounter with it.
We would then do a walk through of the home and take readings. We would be looking for high levels of EMF (Electro magnetic fields) that potentially be causing the appearance of this entity.
The walk through would be recorded with both audio and video equipment. This is NOT the investigation. We would try to do some background on the property and home.
Then we would schedule the first (minimum of 2) investigation. They can be there or not. Totally left open for them or one of them. The entity could be tied to them, the house, an object, or the property. That's what we'll try to find out. The only thing we ask in return is being able to use them as a reference. Again even in that, their identity would still be anonymous. I would also like to stay in touch with them and would want to check in from time to time to see how they're doing.
